The only thing I could come up with in terms of cause was EMF / radiation zapping, you probably have a greater understanding, but that’s what I came up with. Whatever it was, it was Horrific, and certainty served as a reminder of how grisly things can get down here.
Now in recovery mode, I have read your 2 stacks and am trying to put it all together so I can Help protect myself and my family and everyone who I am able to Help.
I am going to make a flow chart and pin it up to help me remember: to activate my Heart Switch, and ask for protection, and forgiveness and to help with Loves Divine Plan for humanity. The idea of souls being disconnected from their bodies is diabolical and enough to motivate me to get busy.

The attack of which you mention is typical of EMFs, and SkyNet is even more powerful. As more activate it, the planetary situation is getting worse for all those who do not use any sort of protection and even for religious folk…a prayer on its own is simply not enough anymore. We are all being asked to go deeper, to analyse the problem, the true cause, in order to gain a perfect prayer request, otherwise our prayers are not serving LOVE’s Plan.

Those who are spiritual tend to like to 'be in flow', but that approach doesn’t work either in this situation which is life or death. We ALL lack knowledge and need to focus on heart advice to achieve the best outcome for all life.
When things get serious and when you feel it is extremely difficult to receive guidance or clear the attack, immediately hand everything over to LOVE and ask for Divine Intervention or similar words.
I find I am frequently handing everything over and asking for DIVINE INTERVENTION initially, and then I do my heart switch and heart call, and even if I don’t feel better initially, I Trust that, as I have made a sincere request for help, it will always be dealt with by LOVE.
I was also guided that THE healing frequencies are HOPE, TRUST and FAITH, and I find it a comfort to ask my Infinite Self to surround me with these frequencies.
Give it a try and see how it feels for you…especially during heavy attacks, you can ask for your loved ones, pets, the innocent and for all those trying to protect all life

I was told SkyNet Disease is an attack on our heart and soul. It will kill people who use SkyNet, or who live with those who use it, because they have no knowledge that it is dangerous and very few in humanity seem to realise that those Russian Doll levels exist.
The Healing Community of which I was a part, holds no Knowledge in their training and, therefore, the healers who could be helping, have had their Knowledge stolen, and weaponised against humanity, and the dark ones have replaced the stolen Knowledge with fake knowledge and codes of rebellion, so that truth cannot reach them, and for many, there is no driving force to serve others or protect life.
I thank my Heart and LOVE that you are here and taking steps to help yourself and others.

That is my concern and the Heart of Creation’s, too. They want others to get the protection but cannot force it on anyone and many just don’t realise, like you said, how serious it is now, and that this planet is about to become more inhospitable if more who could help don’t step forward to defend humanity and their own lives. For me, everyone I know, lives from the place of over-association with Ego and it's Sovereign nation styled beliefs.
I anlways imagine there are many others like us that resonate with the beat of their Hearts, and act to protect and benefit all.

I have worked hard each day to get the teachings to share but I remain a small voice despite the volume of help that is available. I feel sad that so much help and so many solutions have been squandered. It does not surprise me that you know no others …but I thought it may be more. Let us hope that the messages go down on the conscious grids of Purest Light and reach out to those bright lights who care. There are many loving Beings on Earth but it seems many are disconnected from inner reflection, inner questioning. I feel these are the ones who gave up most of their codes to help a group come in with more. What a dilemma. How do we help them without interfering with their FREE WILL?

I highly recommend you batten down the hatches before tomorrow, and keep your heart connection 'powered up’ and upgrading (just ask your heart for appropriate upgrades that best serve all in optimal ways in alignment with LOVE’s Plan and the Laws of Creation).
Most recent advice is to go deeply within to your 'Castle and Moat', and go deeper still — inside the castle — into your 'treasure chest'.
That is the deepest part of yourself and will keep you shielded from the attack.
