Start by leaving your mobile at home when you go out-----get rid of some of the APPS etc!

Thank you Roy! I have a basic Nokia with no APPS which never rarely get turned on. Taken on car journeys in 'OFF' mode in case of breakdowns. I stopped using iPhones, stopped texting etc. It is so liberating. Many staff/friends/trades when asking us for mobile numbers all groan with longing at not needing a phone and say how much they hate relying on their iPhones.

The frequencies are addictive and they are made so, to keep everyone hooked so that the dark etc., can steal life force codes.

Life force codes give us life. To allow them to be stolen means an earlier death...

Sensible thing to do! I also like to interact and see people’s faces, cannot stand the tech. Use the computer to put out messages and do heart guided work, then it all goes off and use ethernet cable, no wi-fi.

Great idea, now, where’s my water bucket?…!
