Claire this is a long message and you need to start typing, because this needs to go to those who wish to help — from this day onwards — because things have taken a turn for the worse, simply, because the dark are moving at 'warp speed' with their plans and, simply, insufficient numbers of those who could help; who do see the problems, are still stuck in mind control and still busy posting videos, whilst never calling on their heart technology for help or for protection.
We have previously advised that this group, the ones who see the issues, yet, do not think that 'help' exists — powerful help — help that does not require their input, except, a request for help, well... this group are still at the greatest risk of annihilation, simply because they 'think', but do not use their hearts to seek solutions.
They do not have solutions and still plod on, day after day, thinking; that raising awareness will stop the Agenda 2030 Great Reset, Trans-human Era.
How do they think they will achieve this?
Do they have rockets to go up into space to destroy Space-X, Skynet, Starlink?
Can they reach inside the Stargate portal, and destroy the mass data banks of human data, which has been stolen to create a weaponised form of attack on humanity, in the form of AI; Artificial Intelligence?
Of course not. They do not have the ability — but their hearts do have the ability to access massive amounts of data and Knowledge.
Their hearts can deactivate Stargate, and their imagination as a divine, Sovereign Being that is Mighty and Free, has more power in its little finger than Elon has in the satellites that are surrounding Planet Earth: ready to implement the Beast System — the full force of the Beast System — and when this system starts to target humans, to annihilate them, which humans will be targeted first?
Why, the ones who pose a threat, the ones who have been sharing information online to wake humanity up to the danger they are in. The ones who refused to lock down, refused to mask-up or get the poison shot.
This group will be targeted first.
The first ones to leave the planet, courtesy of the weaponised Beast System, will be the truth seekers and freedom seekers.
Are you 'battle ready'?
By that we mean, are you ready to do 'battle with the Beast System'?
By the word 'battle' we mean that the Beast System, and Elon, and AI, are ready to battle with all Sovereign Beings.
Is anyone ready to shield themselves from all harm, yet?
Have you got all the technological downloads from your Heart Intelligence to protect your consciousness?
And that entails: protecting your physical self, and all aspects of your being that is trapped in this place?
Can you protect others, the ones you came here to protect?
Can you shield the vulnerable from this attack from space, and on the ground, through the weaponised systems of Facial Recognition, and tracking technology?
Can you shield from drone warfare?
If you can't answer "yes" to these questions, you are a fool and you will die first.
Simply because you are too mind-controlled still, too distanced from your heart, and too controlled by mind thoughts.
Your ego is getting in the way.
Your cynicism is a 'symptom' of mind control and Artificial Intelligence telling you, you do not need Heart Intelligence to protect yourself.
You will die first, if you ignore this advice.
Heart Intelligence carries the technology to connect you to outside of this matrix, which is a False Light Matrix, overshadowed by Lucifer energy and satanic frequencies...
This information isn't about 'opinion' or 'belief', it is a fact: you will die first, unless you decide to use your Free Will and ask your Heart Intelligence for help.
This is the last call — the last chance to save your own life — and it is the last chance to save your soul after you die, because if you decide to do nothing, not only will you die first, you will not escape this place and while you are stuck in this place after your death, you will be hunted, raped, maimed, and killed over and over, and over again, and you will be torn apart by demonic entities who will ravage your soul and higher levels of awareness until you become a pitiful 'bag of bones'; 'nuts and bolts' of the blackness that is space-time continuum.
You will never escape this hell-hole...all because you were too stubborn, too stupid, too foolish, to consider your options at this late stage of the game.
It is simple to ask for help.

The truth is, most do know the danger we are in but they have not found solutions, not in any meaningful way, not in a way that deflects harm away from self and the innocent life forms, who are getting harmed more deeply, because many of you are late to the table, late to join the game and late to help end it.
The solutions are staring many of you right in your face, and you ignore the easiest, most effective solutions because you are still being affected by the mind control.
Mind control tells you, you don't believe in Heart Intelligence, don't believe in 'claptrap' talk about LOVE or a higher power.
You still know that the Paedophile Agenda is aligned with the satanists...you acknowledge that satanists are harming children through ritual for adrenochrome. You know all this and yet, you never consider why you have not called upon the opposing power to this darkness, namely: LOVE.
LOVE is a frequency. It is also a place, a destination, a vast space of consciousness that is constantly evolving, and which is aligned with the Laws of Creation, and which operates with these laws, the first of which is: "DO NO HARM."
LOVE is also governed by the Laws of Creation, and one of the other laws is:
"It against the law to interfere with the free will choices of other living beings."
The dark ones know these Laws better than humanity, and they manipulate humans into breaking these laws.
When Laws are broken by an individual, their protection is weakened: doors that were shut are easily pried open. The dark ones can only enter this reality by making humans break the Laws of Creation.
It is imperative that humanity learn to ask for help each day to "forgive and delete all errors", they may have inadvertently made when they may have been tricked into breaking a Law of Creation, and enabled the dark, Destroyer Forces to enter this reality through one of their doors in their areas of consciousness that are trapped in this place.

How many base this premise on deep exploration or research?
How many ask their Heart Intelligence about these things?
Humanity has a wealth of knowledge and wisdom at their finger tips and, yet, very few use a system to safely explore, and most of the time, it is a topic that is 'off limits' to most humans.
Have you ever wondered if the topic regarding the existence of Extra Terrestrials is made 'laughable', so that, the majority never think more deeply about it?
How many humans think deeply, these days?

So, what about your own limitations? Do you think deeply? Do you ask your Heart Intelligence for information, regarding the existence of ETs?
If not, why not? If you can see the majority of the threats facing all life here, what is blocking you from seeing beyond this?
Where are your blocks, and how do you remove them, in order to save your own life, and help protect a vulnerable humanity and the innocent?
How do you plan to address the attack planned by Elon and Trump?
You think — like the World Council For Health — that they love humanity and abide by the Laws of Creation?
You fell for the story: that your abusers care about you?
Why has the World Council for Health, and Truth For Health Foundation, suddenly become political?
Are they alternative doctors, medical doctors, or, are they new age fake teachers — espousing the merits of 'grounding' to their vulnerable listeners?
Who do these groups truly serve?
It seems that many have lost their way, and many groups have been hi-jacked by interlopers who plan to steer the truth lovers and freedom seekers into the same dark trap as the Agenda 2030, World Economic Forum Bounty Hunters, except, the controlled opposition will take you through a different gate.
It all leads the sheep into the same field. Ready for the slaughter.
And how do you suppose the story will unfold, this time 'round?

The same advice is given for the many ‘goood’ doctors who like their symbols, like to mock you openly, knowing you won't notice, while playing the part of the 'honest' doctor, the 'concerned' doctor.
You all need to be more discerning, and it is another good reason for using Heart Intelligence instead of 'brain thoughts' to make your decisions.
Personally, Claire would say, that no one should be fully trusted. You never can tell what other's motives are, but what she will share is that many who you trust are satanically compromised.
Their use of symbols is right in front of your faces, and DR Sean Hross, on Youtube, is a man to listen to.
He has helped Claire perceive the darker side of the group on the ground who are harming.
Their mockery of you is appalling.
Their motives always seem to lead to ‘marketing placement.’
They tell of a problem they resolved through their purchase of a grounding mat, or other talisman, and how it helped them, then, they offer the link within the framework of the podcast interview.
Claire is watching this all play out.
The vipers are crawling out of their pit and it is time to identify those snakes in the grass.
They will trip themselves up in the end... that 'RETURN WAVE' that Claire talks about in "Envisage You Are Mighty and Free",
is on its way back to all those who are harming, who are manipulating opinion, whilst breaking the Laws of Creation.
Our concern, from the Heart of Creation's perspective, is the harm that this group of controlled ops. can do to the newly awakened.
Let us explain, for those who are just starting to explore energy, consciousness, metaphysics...
You are all at the end of a cycle of Evolution.
We call it, The 'In Breath' Cycle.
It refers to the expansion of Creation and consciousness in the Greater Cosmos, whereby LOVE, and all that belong to LOVE, expand outwards, evolving; through exploration, experience, vitality, desire for learning, for growth.
When the cycle of this Out Breath reaches its limit, it starts to return, back towards the centre of Creation from where it started, and this In Breath is much quicker than the Out Breath cycle.
During the returning aspect of this cycle of Evolution, like a wave that is gathering speed, all mistakes and harm that may have been made which may have caused harm to self and others must be repaired and brought back into alignment with LOVE and the Laws of Creation.
All life agreed to this, to ensure that all were kept safe and to keep the equilibrium of BALANCE.
This BALANCE is referred to here as the Non Movement — the stillness that is PEACE.
Peace, therefore, is a state of being, it is a state of balance within all life.
It is intelligence — in the form of motion — and by that we mean: that Peace is a 'frequency' which can be called upon to help any life form who requires assistance because they are 'out of balance' and, perhaps, during the course of their Out Breath cycle of Evolution, they may have inadvertently lost the ability to steady their own life intelligence.
Often, this occurs during the turbulence of an In Breath cycle, and is nothing to fear. It is a call for re-adjustment and is easily remedied.
However, you are all in a reality that is made up of the fake appearance of 'space', meaning: it is not a true reality. You are residing in an illusion that is made up of a construct that is not living, not peaceful, not in balance.
It is a construct that is devoid of LOVE. The only thing that contains LOVE in this place is your heart centre. It cannot be found outside of self, not the real thing, not LOVE, in the true sense of the word.
No, this reality is constructed of false frequencies which are stolen frequencies of LOVE that are encoded in your conscience, your heart, your life force codes of Knowledge, and these codes have been steadily stripped from any life form who entered this reality.
What you are left with is 0.1 % of your true potential — the fullest expression of LOVE that is, your true self.
The problems have arisen because this 0.1% of your true potential was enough to help you protect those who are more vulnerable, who have become trapped in this place after death, however, the attack on your 'Russian Doll' layers of consciousness, especially, over the last few years and certainly, since 2011 onwards means that many of you are operating at a third of your potential, and this theft of your codes of knowledge and potential has rendered you powerless to defend yourselves against attack on your entire levels of Being that are trapped in this place.
How much of your potential is left? Can you see?
If you don't wish to die, and are still cynical, please offer an explanation to justify your stubborn refusal to protect your life?

What is Artificial Intelligence made up of?
If the dark cannot create, even in other dimensions of existence, then, what are they using for fuel, to exist on?
Why has your potential to leave this place, vanished?
If they cannot create, what is Artificial Intelligence?
How do they 'fake' intelligence?
The answer is, Artificial Intelligence is made up of your stolen life force codes of Knowledge — your potential has been diminished from 0.1%, which was enough fuel to protect self and others, and exit this space when the time came.
How much more life force codes have you lost while you have neglected to protect your consciousness and Russian Doll layers of protection?
The answer is, that many in humanity, including those who wish to help protect others and get the true threat of the danger facing them out into the public domain, the group are themselves, often operating on a third of their, ‘less than 1% potential’ or, as the song goes, "we are the 99 percent."
Are you starting to get it, yet? What is a third of less than 1%? The answer is 0.333%.
Does that number ring any alarm bells?
Some are only operating on a third, while others are operating at two thirds of less than 1% of their true potential, a mere 0.666%...
Satanists, Luciferians, Free Masons, Egyptian energies always use numbers as codes.
Why do you think that these numbers are being replicated in the amount of potential power that you are operating on?
The plan by the dark was to reduce humanity's potential from their ‘less than 1% power’, to a third less or two thirds less, which would still have them ‘alive’, but easier to manipulate.
This is the reason why you refuse to help yourselves energetically.
You are one of the ones who have been rendered 'disabled' from using your full power, your full potential and, yet, were you to ask your Heart intelligence for help, the help would be given freely to you, to protect yourselves and protect the vulnerable.
What does the Heart of Creation have to do, to convince you?
Do we have to beg?
The truth is that no one can interfere with your free will choice to not defend yourself, and it cannot interfere with your free will choice to die, and your soul hunted, and brutally disgorged.
However, we can point out the truth by posting messages through Claire and others, because you have used your free will to listen to this.
And so, we have not broken any Laws of Creation.
You made the choice to listen — the same way you make choices every day to dismiss solutions through your 0.666% or 0.333% mind controlled potential.
To those who are keen to help there are many lessons contained within this discourse for you to ask about during heart connection but, for now, we wish to move swiftly forwards, because more have stepped forward who are concerned about others, who wish to help others despite their own difficulties, and we wish you to know that you are loved and supported, and if you need help, you simply have to ask and it is given freely.
So, what is all this about Elon, Grok, and the attack, poised to hit humanity?
Elon is evil, by design.
We need to be clear about that.
We speak truth, truthfully, and anyone who believes that Trump and Elon ‘have your back’, are clearly operating on less than 1 % of their true power.
When one considers how many are operating at 0.333 % and 0.666% of their true potential to help humanity, is it any wonder that those few who are willing to help, will need to expand your potential beyond the 1% of what was allocated to you, when you entered this space?
This is a 'baton relay race'. Hands are reaching down from higher levels of consciousness to those stuck in their 0.333% potential — deeper in density than they needed to be.
They were meant to be evolving upwards, and outwards.
Many think they are evolving using Healing Systems from within this False Light Construct.
If you are immersed in muck and filth, how can the systems you use from here be clean?
If you are operating at less than 1% of your true potential, explain, how you rose through the muck and filth, without muddying the Greater Cosmos with all that toxic matter?
You think Creation and Evolution work like that?
You are deluded if you think that you have climbed.
Only Heart Intelligence and LOVE, combined with the help of the Laws of Creation have the authority to help you out of density, when you are coated in satanic attack and Lucifer frequencies.
A truthful heart would know that leaving this place is impossible without LOVE's help and Knowledge to keep all safe.
It is the ego programming that convinces any soul that they retrieved a Healing System from outside of the illusion.
It simply does not work that way...
The only safe way out of the density of space- time is with LOVE's help, using Infinite Self and the Laws of Creation.
We need to remind those who are using their hearts, you must never mix your heart energy with anything outside of self.
That means any other method procured from within this False Light Construct.
For example, you start using your heart and LOVE and the Laws of Creation to get help for humanity and, then, later that day you decide to join a group mediation, or use another technique such as Reiki, Sound Therapy, EFT, all of which come from within this construct.
These produce different frequencies. Reiki uses the snake wave, which is satanic. Pilates creates the sine wave which is the snake wave… Yoga opens the doorways to Lucifer, through sun worship and pyramid shaping of the body, EFT taps on the brain and takes you out of heart, into the head space, which is mind controlled in all of humanity.
If you truly wish to help humanity and protect yourselves, you have to want to learn about what doorways open when you use certain techniques, and you need to stop all activity, until you have asked your heart for guidance.
You have to get your heart strong, get the doorways closed that you cannot yet see, and keep other doors closed until you understand more fully, and there is not much time for deep questioning and relaxed exploration, because there is a 'metaphorical fire' that has been started in the building that humanity occupy, and this Heart Connection is an 'emergency' connection, in the sense that we all need to be focusing on guiding all to a safe exit.
The type of fire, how it burns can be discussed after all are evacuated.
Right now, your assistance is needed to focus on using Heart Connection only, and to call on LOVE and the Laws of Creation to get the information we need to protect humanity immediately.
Had we more helpers — should the first group that the discourse was aimed at — choose to step up and help, it would be much easier but, because we are few, we have to be very careful, work safely, and your heart must be your 'go-to' adviser, not outside systems or practices which you may not fully understand yet; if they help or hinder evacuation from this building.
Elon lit the fire last night.
Late last night, UK time. The frequencies of that metaphorical fire are ringing in Claire's ears as she writes this.
Outside, Spring is in the air. The sun is shining, birds are singing, flowers are showing off their pretty blooms, and all seems 'in balance' in this part of the world.
However, at higher levels of awareness, the equilibrium that you all seek has been disrupted by Musk and his troops.
Does he not seem strange, to you? A single man owns Space-X, supposedly? Has been firing up rockets and satellites into space since the lockdowns?
He wants us tracked and tagged, wants humans to be robots.
He is suddenly Trump's right hand man.
He does the Hitler salute, and very few comment on that.
Who does he serve, do you think, deep down?
And if you were to ask your Heart Intelligence, what would you learn about Musk?
Your 'green screen' TV and computer tells you stories each day and each night, and while you sleep, another technology takes over the mind control...
The constant programming of humans continues throughout the night, and have you all noticed, you are waking up in the wee small hours, wide awake, and not knowing why?
Can you hear the tones alternating; increasing?
That is Starlink, your spy-in-the-sky.
Claire is tiring but we ask her to continue because although lengthy, this discourse is a goldmine of information and codes of Remembrance for those willing to help protect LOVE's children and all precious life.
Even your pets are suffering from the change of tones, the Starlink frequencies are being increased.
The 5G is losing range, as 6G and beyond increases, and the radiation starts to fry the brains of those still operating on less than 1% of their potential.
How does one defend against 6G radiation, Skynet, military weaponry, which is firing its weaponry on humanity from their space stations and other planetary portals?
These portals need closing, and we are asking all of you willing — to please help — because many will die, as described, and the vulnerable, the elderly in hospitals, the homeless, the mentally incapacitated will also succumb… the death rates will climb.
They don't really need another 'pandemic', except, they need an excuse to keep you all looking down, instead of up at the sky.
The space race war is concluding.
They have made their deals to carve up your planet. The only thing standing between their plans and you, is YOU.
Because, you are capable of being Mighty and Free, simply, by using your potential of Creativity.
Your power of Creativity, when used from your heart, by calling on help from your Infinite Self, becomes 100% potential when used with LOVE, when used through concern for other's safety.
So, we guide you all that you can stay immersed in the muck and filth of less than 1% potential, or remain stuck in density at 0.333%, or you can feel them mocking you at your 0.666% potential of power — rendered incapable of ever setting yourselves free,
or,
you can use your intelligence in a heart-centred way, and power up your true potential, to help save the day.
They fear you will do this. They don't want you to know that you hold the power, the potential to grow.
Why remain operating on less than 1% of your power, when your full potential offers a further 99% of missing Knowledge, missing solutions, answers, go-arounds, information on how to keep all safe?
You need to grow to get the Knowledge.
You need your Infinite Self to keep you safe, and you need LOVE and the Laws of Creation, because these all operate to bring about BALANCE.

Always question the integrity of anyone using symbols which are satanic in nature. Many Controlled Ops. openly use satanic symbols, wear Free Masonic jewellery, carry an energy around them that deeply masks their true intentions.
If you are not listening to your own heart and fine tuning it each day to help you see these deceivers, you will get lured into their narrative. Avoid listening to others who distract with news, while not offering explanations or solutions on how your Heart Intelligence has all the information to keep you safe, help you make beneficial decisions that best serve all.
There are many good doctors and alternatives doing their very best to help humanity, however, you have to be more discerning, less easily drawn in, because the majority of alternative voices are controlled ops.
Look out for the "not all vaccines are bad," as they implement/help promote the ‘Cancer-Cure-All-Vaccine-Harms_Vaccine”. I was guided that either the Dark ones would offer a ‘cancer vaccine damage cure all’, or controlled ops. would… Looks like Trump got there first.)
