Easy, Simple, Heart Connection Routine For All: “Your Infinite Heart Switch.”

Many have joined LOVE’S HEART PLAN on Substack recently, and may have missed a huge volume of information that has been presented regarding Heart Connection routines as the planetary shifts have taken place.

Many of you are advancing on your own pathway and may already have a robust method that you use daily and throughout the day to maintain a strong Heart Connection as the planet descends into more and more chaos.

Some of my joiners are beginners and have no experience of Heart Connection, and so, it may all sound rather difficult…

I wish to share with you that it is not difficult for any newcomer.

You are already connected to the beating of your own heart, and if you are here, it indicates a desire to be of assistance to your own growth and protection, and to those who, by no fault of their own, are being savagely harmed by toxic emissions, radiation, advanced Artificial Intelligence technologies, and weaponised systems.

That is to name but a few of the dangers we all face.

Heart Connection is simply “a way forward through the fog and mist, to a place of safety within your own being.”

When we give permission to our inner Being to help us, it can set to work to bring in all the protection, all the healing and repair that we individually need, all the teachings regarding higher learning that we may be seeking, and most importantly, it strengthens our ability to hear truthful guidance from the Heart of Creation.

My Heart says:

“Claire uses specific words to describe the Purest Light space that is beyond the False Light Programs — beyond where the dark forces can go.

To ask your heart for help, opens the doorways to take you beyond this False Light construct and to a place of safety at the centre of Creation, described by Claire as: ‘The Heart of Creation and infinitely beyond,’ because this is a specific co-ordinate, and you must use your heart like a satellite navigation system, by programming the precise co-ordinates into your heart which we ask Claire to teach you to use like a switch.

Switch ON your heart navigation system by either pretending to press an imaginary switch in the centre of your chest, or physically pressing the centre of your chest.

Take your closed eyes down towards your chest area and listen to the air going in and out of your chest.

It is important that you maintain your closed eyes softly focusing on your chest area, because this takes you out of the False Light Mind Control areas.

And your heart, once invited by yourselves to help you, can set to work while you maintain a focus on your chest area; listening to your breathing, focusing there, and your heart does the rest.

That is why we say this method is easy. It is simple.

All the work has been done for you by your Infinite Self, and your Infinite Self and the Heart of Creation are overseeing this project.

It was put together because Claire is aware of how complex it can seem to expand one’s consciousness. She is aware of the pitfalls of working with energy on the Earth plane.

It is highly dangerous at this point of the Earth’s journey and humanity’s evolution to use any energy OUTSIDE OF SELF.

Many are struggling with this information because they have become used to training in healing modalities designed by other humans and retrieved from within the False Light Construct.

We advise that none of these systems are safe to use anymore.

There are complex reasons why, but one of many, is that they have all been attacked by dark forces who have booby-trapped the teachings and frequencies, and so now, when others transmit these teachings or frequencies into themselves and others, all that happens is great harm.

The dark use the attempts to connect to False Light teachings and healing modalities to steal your life force codes, and they replace the stolen codes with fake codes of false information and learning. Codes of rebellion that reject truthful information are placed inside your Russian Doll layers of consciousness that are trapped in this place.

This means that when a nugget of information is sent your way to help you, and to assist you to help others, it is frequently rejected, and the reason why it is rejected is because the dark are able to lower your vibration, your Unique Energy Signature, which vibrates at a unique frequency to you.

No one else has your energy signature. Not one other soul or life form.

When your Unique Energy Signature is compromised in this way (and this is just one of many levels of attack on your Unique Signature Codes) your ability to remain connected to your Heart, to Truth, to the Heart of Creation who oversee your safety when you request this help — all that protection dwindles, too.

Therefore, your Heart Connection must remain strong at all times.

Your Unique Energy Signature must remain in alignment with your Unique Vibration.

It is transmitting to the Heart of Creation from this dark place. It is how LOVE finds you, and finds other parts of yourselves that you have had stolen, or lost in this dark place.

Therefore, it is incumbent on all of you who wish to return home to the Heart of Creation when you leave the physical body, and when the In Breath finally concludes, to ensure that you are growing in your Unique Energy Signature — that it is getting stronger — like a beating heart gets stronger, as strength and wellbeing return.

A weak Energy Signature cannot connect with The Heart of Creation if the strength of its transmission is not maximised and so, to keep your Heart connected to the Heart of Creation, especially in a descending planet scenario, which you are in, then, you must ‘make busy’ each day to prioritise maintaining a strong transmission, that is growing in strength, not weakening in strength.

Why does Heart Connection need commitment?

Why does a bleeding wound need a dressing and pressure to stop blood loss?

Why does a crying baby need love and nurturing from its parents?

You have to love yourselves enough to want to give to yourselves.

A gift of precious life; of continued life.

When this False Light construct is eventually collapsed in full, everything that chose to remain in this place cannot come forward on its journey.

This time is about self-nurturing, healing and repairing all the attack and harm that has been done to you.

You are having to dress your own wounds in the field of battle — a battle made by the dark to destroy you and all life.

So, you are wounded in the field, dressing your own wounds, and your radio pack contains the equipment to call to Operations Control to request rescue.

Do you choose to use the radio to call for help?

Or,

Dodge the bombs and rifles, whilst trying to shield yourself from injury and whilst dressing your own wounds?

The reluctance to want to help yourselves each day is indicative of how many life force codes you have allowed to have stolen from your Russian Doll Levels of consciousness that are trapped inside this war zone.

You were given Free Will. Neither your Infinite Self, nor LOVE or the Heart of Creation can interfere with your Free Will to not request rescue.

If you ask your Infinite Self for help, then, you have used your Free Will to request rescue and because of the urgency of the hour, because many of you lack the Knowledge on how to go about safely protecting your consciousness, or working within the parameters of the Laws of Creation (of which you all lack Knowledge, having had many codes of Remembrance stolen from you), do you see now, that your choice is:

To stay here and suffer the consequences of a NON RETURN,

or,

To come home, when the time comes?

All are being called to heal and repair, and to request rescue; not only for self if one wishes, but for those who do wish to continue their soul evolution and infinite existence; creating peacefully and joyfully, you also carry the authority to then ask for help for all those souls who have become voiceless, vulnerable beyond repair, unable to speak for themselves.

Your greatest gift to set yourselves free becomes the greatest gift to all innocent life who are also dependent on you to be their voice, too.

You carry the authority to ask for those who are badly wounded in the field.

That was agreed before you came into this place: to help others see that they were trapped, but they could set themselves free by calling for help.

Things have evolved rapidly, owing to the vast majority of humanity choosing to remain asleep, in blissful ignorance, or too afraid to look fear in the face.

And what is FEAR, in truth?

It is all your particles of life force that have gone into shock and fragmented away from your ‘mainframe', and some have gone AWOL, and even more have gone over to the dark side and are harming you.

These parts of yourself need you in fear because your fear is their fuel. They exist this way.

The dark ones cannot exist without your FEAR.

Remember though, that choosing not to be in fear now, does not account for all the lifetimes when you have gone into fear, suffered trauma, and shock…

There are still millions of particles of your Unique Energy Signature codes floating about on the battle ground and in space, and they need finding and repatriating to enable you to become WHOLE again.

Heart Connection does many things on many levels.

You are starting to understand why your efforts are needed.

Without your Free Will to choose to help yourselves each day, your Energy Signature will weaken, the vibration will become faint as it descends away from the Heart of Creation, instead of increasing in its connection to your True Origins.

Be brave and loving towards yourselves now!

This method is to help those who wish to use it, until such time that they choose to ask their own hearts for the teachings and robust request methods, if that is their preference.

For others, it may feel the right thing to do. The sense of peace and tranquility will be enough for many to carry on with this.

For those who are new, we say, if you wish to gain help, all you have to do is ask your Heart (your Infinite Self) for help.

If you are suffering trauma, PTSD, mental health issues, it is always advisable to consult your Health Care Physician for guidance, if you wish.

This connection is not energy work.

It goes deeper than this.

It is a request to connect to the deepest part of yourself, and ask for help.

A prayer, a request, a call for rescue.

There may be fatigue, may be tears, may be releases, because you are all badly injured on the field and the rescue party — Infinite Self and The Heart of Creation — rapidly act to help you, and many of you have bad injuries. They have to act fast.

So, the release can feel painful and then, they will settle with more attempts to ask for help each day.

Claire has been asked by a trusted friend for guidelines on what to do in the morning; midday; in the evening before sleep.

Claire is sharing this today, thanks to this feedback, and because a wide range of humans need a simple solution of automatic protection, defense against targeted attacks, healing and repair of the self through the INFINITE SELF, and overseen by THE HEART OF CREATION.

Never think that you are on your own — alone in the battlefield. This is simply not true.

It is a conspiracy theory that the dark wish you to believe.

Your Infinite Self is inside of you and by your side: morning, noon, and night.

Get to know this part of yourself who loves you deeply, holds all the Knowledge, knows your complete story and journey, understands how to best help you — better than any other soul in existence.

This part of yourself needs to become your ‘go to’ confidante. Your sole friend. Because this friendship is deep and has been built over life times. It has not failed you yet and it is not going to fail you now.

The biggest issue for many of you is lack of faith in your most trusted friend — your keeper of the map that brought you into this place can also lead you out of this place.

There truly is not much TIME left, and so, we strongly recommend that you start today, and maintain this connection to get your transmission strong and to help protect those who are reliant on your compassion and efforts to assist with their rescue off the battlefield.

There are a series of heart request suggestions below.

Be mindful that these are suggestions. Use what your own heart suggests would “best serve all in optimal ways, in alignment with LOVE’s Plan and the Laws of Creation.”

That request/caveat above carries co-ordinates that only transmit between your heart and the Heart of Creation.

Using the right co-ordinates is extremely important because if you change the co-ordinates without checking with your own heart, using the correct caveats or similar, you risk making errors.

Whatever you feel confident doing, and how connected you already are to your heart must be your guiding light.

If you are hurting badly and heart broken, feeling disconnected,

“Make the request. LOVE does the rest,”

meaning: ask your heart for help.

Allow LOVE to do everything else.

Just rest and be comfortable, and relax on your own bed.

It is not complicated, not when one uses Heart Connection to help self and others.

“Make the request. LOVE does the rest.”

Claire, can you share the heart requests for morning, midway through the day and at night before sleep?”

In bed, upon awakening in the morning, set your alarm clock in case you fall asleep:

Physically press, or pretend to press an imaginary switch in the centre of your chest: ‘Your Infinite Heart Switch,’

Ask for help: “Please can you help me?”

With eyes closed, softly look down towards your chest area and listen to your breathing, to the air going in and out of your lungs: Relax for 8 - 10 minutes, or longer.

Midway through the day:

Repeat the above steps, or use:

It could not be more simple.

Dispensation has been sought to help make this as easy as possible for all, to help all receive the protection and repair that they need.

Suggestions:

Always, purify your food/drink/medicine before you ingest it.

Purify what you bring into your home and what leaves your home e.g. post, letters, deliveries, shopping, food and drink purchases, household rubbish, waste, things you are disposing of via charity shops, the rubbish tip, etc.

Ask for all energy exchanges (shopping trips, supermarket, banking) to be purified and made harmless.

Remember that if you are new, simply allow your Infinite Self and LOVE to do all this for you through your three times daily Infinite Heart Switch.

The suggestions are for those seeking deeper teachings and to open other’s eyes to how much of what we connect with is tarnished, energetically toxic, and harmful.

Think about the energy on Royal Stamps, Money, Bar Codes, QR Codes, Symbols, Flags, and all the hands that have handled an item before you brought it into your home.

Clearing things regularly takes a few seconds, with practice

It is an exercise in learning how much is deliberately placed around us to maliciously harm us.

For Example:

Purification Of All Food, Drink, Medicine (needs to be done each day to fully support your strengthening Unique Energy Signature) Can Also Include Putting Out The Rubbish And Household Waste to Clear toxic ELF Waves and Harmful Barcode Energy Found On Packaging, Food And Drinks Items

Press Your Infinite Heart Switch as above and feel gratitude for what you are receiving, pause for a brief moment, focusing on your chest area.

Set this up for every day onwards by programming your Infinite Heart Switch for lunch breaks at work/ when in company, and simply, inwardly ask your Infinite Heart Switch to purify the food/drink/medicine. Feel gratitude for all that you are receiving. Think about the souls trapped in the food, including the plants, be thankful, and ask for them all to be set free.
