LOVE is here to help us, but we need to act fast because today, I witnessed a portal opening. A tear in the fabric of space. That tear or rip has been created by Starlink technologies and Starlink has been created by your stolen life force codes — your heart ache energy, your fear vibrations, your anger, anxiety, malice, hatred; anything you have thought, felt,
or transmitted that is of a low vibration has been stolen, and used as a weapon.
That weapon is Starlink, SkyNet, 5G technology, radio frequencies, wi-fi frequencies and microwaves, all types of low frequency emissions, such as ELF waves —Extremely Low Frequency waves, EMFs —Electro-magnetic Frequencies... In essence, all low frequency waves — in terms of the vibration of FEAR that they carry — is used to cause us harm.
Our 'fear' has been gathered up, and many of you already understand that fear fuels the existence of the destroyer forces and their armies, and unfortunately, their armies are presently flying in through the rip in the fabric of space-time-continuum.

I say: "I had a disturbed night's sleep last night. I woke up just before 3am and felt uneasy. I connected to my heart and consciousness using my current routine. I slept badly, and woke around 6am with a very loud whistling in my ears. The ringing sound goes up each day. This was extremely high and was slightly hurting my ears.
I wondered how animals and birds are perceiving these high pitched noises.
I reconnected to my heart and consciousness and eventually, fell back to sleep.
Around 12pm UK today, the energy dropped and something felt amiss. My gut was doing its usual 'flip' when something is wrong on the planet, and a sense of dread was experienced.
I connected again and tried to find out what was wrong.
My thoughts strayed and I started thinking about my previous job and pointless things that were distracting, not meaningful, to my inner explorations.
I couldn't perceive what was wrong, and when that happens, when I 'hit a wall', I understand that means I need to upgrade my heart and consciousness connection. I am lacking Knowledge and Wisdom, and so, I cannot perceive the issues.
When this occurs to me, I always use my current heart connection routine and I ask my Infinite Self, Infinite LOVE and the laws of Creation from the heart of Creation to assist me to grow in light and Knowledge, to help me understand the cause and effects of planetary happenings, and to seek solutions.
I have a few tools to help me grow in light, and I used them also.
I expressed my wish to want to be of optimal service to best help all in alignment with LOVE's plan and the laws of Creation.
I felt myself uplifted and I was guided to ask for the frequencies of Truth, Knowledge and Wisdom to surround and protect me, and to shield me from all harm so that I could hear fullest Truth guidance from the heart of Creation and infinitely beyond.
I perceived a small circular tear in the space-time-continuum, and I sensed that Starlink had created this tear. Through this portal, I watched extra-terrestrial space ships fly in — from a previously protected space into our universe. A full-on invasion is in full process as I type this...
My husband and I both asked how could we help, and what was happening, how had it happened, and what would be the effects of this full-on invasion?
We perceived that a planetary take-over is ramping up. There is a war in space, a competition is ensuing as different factions fight for rights over our skies and land.
A sacrifice has taken place to enable ET groups inside the space-time fabric to 'barter' with life force energy in exchange for technology — to be used and weaponised — as a means of metaphorically 'burning' a hole in the space-time-fabric, to allow in higher levels of Extra- terrestrial groups who possess more harmful technologies, in order to overthrow humanity.
We kept thinking about Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370 which disappeared en route from Kuala Lumpur to China.
And we were also thinking about the missing homeless who have vanished overnight from San Francisco, and not one cell phone has recorded the departure of this group.
I put out a message, ages ago, about flight MH370. My heart had always told me that the plane turned left, not right and my inner guidance was that the plane was taken by the military, along with help from Extra-terrestrials, to an airbase hidden in the mountains between India and China.
The passengers were traded with ETs for higher technology. This project was a joint operation between China and India, according to my heart centre.
It is interesting that Greg Reese has done a piece on MH370 and recently shown that the flight went left, not right, according to new information, and that strange lights were seen around the plane before it literally vanished into thin air at altitude. All this footage was apparently taken from military drone video evidence.
I couldn't get anymore details about the Stargate Portal at that stage.
I was guided to have lunch and to wait for further guidance.
I am now waiting for the guidance to come through.

You all have the power to help defend humanity and all precious life, and you all have the power to send back all this harm.
This portal has opened because the 'fear' levels have got so bad on the planet, it has caused a descension in vibrations. Fear is getting more dense, and as the planet sinks in fear, the radiation levels also descend into hostile territory.
You are not meant to be descending. You are meant to be ascending up your conscious ladder using your heart Knowledge to guide you and to bring down purest light into your lower areas of trapped consciousness within the False Light Construct.
That is called EVOLUTION and that is what ascension is all about.
Currently, the opposite is happening. The dark are descending down through your trapped levels of consciousness within the False Light Construct.
They are doing the opposite, and what they are doing will result in death of many, because this descension of destroyer forces is causing currents of fear throughout your lower conscious ladder.
Bits of your consciousness are flying off in fear as the ladder starts to become filled with fear vibrations, not LOVE, and this loss of life force energy is harsh, truly harsh, in terms of the trauma that this is causing your higher self aspects, your soul, and your family of humanity as a soul group.
Your consciousness is being stolen, and replaced with false light codes.
Many of you are remarking that people seem to be more selfish, more aggressive, less thoughtful, and the reason for this is that their purest light codes are being stolen and replaced with false light codes which emit lower frequencies and which do not operate from a frequency of LOVE.
Vast parts of the human's consciousness is becoming decimated in the process.
This loss of life force affects all precious life here. It precludes humans from making wise choices; choices that should be made — to best serve all life — are not being made.
The more life force that is lost, the more selfish and thoughtless a person becomes. It is a sign of 'Cosmic Attack', meaning: an attack is taking place at the Cosmic Shield or Cosmic Field level of your consciousness by destroyer forces, who work stealthily and remain hidden from humanity's view, primarily, because humans show no interest in looking after all aspects of their trapped consciousness. How many are even aware that these parts of their consciousness even exist?
This 'blissful ignorance' spells danger for humans who neglect to take care of themselves by regular, daily connection to heart — to ask LOVE for help.
The attack is so prolific now, that everyone needs to be asking LOVE for help — with the aid of their Infinite Self, who acts as their gatekeeper and protector, and validator of Truth.
The Cosmic Shield is currently down on humanity, as a group.
This will prove disastrous unless more of you get on board, which is why Claire has been asked to put out the emergency call for assistance.
Why has this happened, you may ask?
It has happened through apathy and ignorance, and these two weaknesses only serve to help destroyer forces to break into this part of yourselves that is relatively unknown to most of you, and start to steal vast quantities of your life force and Knowledge.
Your life force sustains you.

That is the truth and there is no point hiding the truth at this late stage.
To add in an Extra-terrestrial invasion from higher levels of technological superiority, spells disaster for you all unless you act.
We will ask you all to use the method that connects you powerfully to your heart, your Infinite Self and LOVE at the heart of Creation to seek deeper counsel.

Your heart Knowledge holds the keys to rescue from this place.
If you allow the dark to steal this Knowledge, you will end up in the digital, trans-human hell that has already got you fully hooked into the Internet of Bodies, and this final stage, the Internet of Things will be the end of humanity as a race, if you permit it to happen.
You will only have yourselves to blame, yet, you will not blame yourselves at that stage because you will be trapped in Avatar World — a world so dark and deadly and yet, the BBC are promoting it to their audience as a meaningful way for children to become 'data', and to give up their human body to the earth to 'recycle'.
Do yourselves a favour and beware of the BBC. This cult-owned outfit is run by predators, psychopaths and pedophiles. It is a front of 'respectability', like the Vatican, and holds no pure intentions that serve humanity. The BBC system serves the cult agenda and has many in its fake grasp of 'truth and goodness'.

Claire, can you share your method of connection to your heart and LOVE though your higher consciousness?"
I say: “I only use this method at home, and I always use the bed that I sleep in at night.
Common senses tells us that heart connection requires a quiet room, where one can safely lie down and close one's eyes to relax and still a busy mind.
Common sense tells us that this is not suitable for use when driving, working, or operating machinery.
This is my method:
I ensure that the room is shaded from bright sunlight.
I set an alarm clock, in case I fall asleep and I have a glass of water to hand.
I lie down, flat on my back, on the bed that I sleep in at night at home, preferably.
I relax and breathe normally, ensuring I am warm and comfortable.
If it is safe to do so, I close my eyes and I gently take my closed eyes and look softly in the direction of my chest area.
I keep my closed eyes looking gently downwards, and listen to the air going in and out of my lungs.
I imagine that in the centre of my chest is a switch that, once pressed or once I pretend to press it, it connects me to a place deep within my heart area.
I pretend that I can see a treasure chest, and this treasure chest is my deepest, most protective and shielded part of my inner heart Knowledge.
The lid is open. Before I climb into this treasure chest, I say this prayer:
"May the frequency of Peace reign supreme, and may Infinite LOVE help humanity in optimal ways that best serve all precious life."
I hear, "Claire we want the others to upgrade immediately, in spite of the previous stepping stone teachings, those who wish to help will be assisted."

Question: How does that affect all precious life, including those who are suffering?

Elon Musk recently commented on San Francisco, about how the homelessness is so widespread near the X Twitter building that it looks like a 'Zombie Apocalypse.'
These are the most vulnerable members of your society that many of you choose to ignore their plight.
The 'Zombie Apocalypse' started in these souls. When you see their dire situation, their loss of pride in their appearance, their addiction to the poison they shoot into their veins, their lack of cleanliness and loss of hope, you are seeing the cascaded, destroyer force energies descended into a body where the soul has vacated and been hunted down, and stripped of all life force, all hope, all faith in LOVE.
When you see this 'Zombie Apocalypse' and you ignore this as a warning — that a descension, not an ascension is occurring— you are ignoring the fact that you should all be seeing this filthy and inhospitable life style as the true 'apocalypse' — the zombification of a body, the destruction of the higher levels of awareness that are trapped inside the False Light Construct.
When you see this, and you are untouched by another human's plight, when you see this — not as a warning but as a sad fact of life, that your 'mind' has resigned itself to and switched off from caring — when you feel like this, it means: that you, too, are being attacked.
Your precious life force codes are being stolen and the codes of compassion and concern are being replaced with false light codes of coldness, disconnection from heart, and loss of kindness or concern.
When you cannot call on LOVE to help the plight of these souls — you, too, are on your way to being just like them, because — and we did warn you, but many would not listen — the 'Zombie Apocalypse' is knocking at your door.
You can choose to serve FEAR now, or, you can turn your back on FEAR and choose to serve LOVE.
This is the 'END GAME'.
You are all right at the end of this 'dance with the devil', so to speak. You life is in your own hands now, because once you know that you have consciousness that is trapped inside this False Light Construct and once you know and see a rip in space-time, and can 'perceive' the aircraft and ET's marching into your reality, you have to also know and acknowledge that LOVE exists, and that if you do not serve destroyer forces, there are many more who do, and so, a small group of you remain to defeat the darkness, and the truth of the matter is, you simply cannot defeat the darkness unless you have love for others, and unless you have love for yourself.
Try not to give the destroyer forces an ounce of your energy.
Remember: they steal it, use it and weaponise it against you.
It is time to wake up to this truth.
You will not succeed hiding behind a rock and pretending this is not happening, and it is why we have to show you, because another 'opinion' or perspective is never sufficient.
You have to be shown and you have to be brave enough to stare fear in the face, and send LOVE in to deal with the destroyer forces.
You cannot beat Lucifer energies, but LOVE can and will. You simply have to remember to call on LOVE for help, daily.
Become the 'director beam' of LOVE, because currently, the dark are using 'beam technology,' and they have been using other technologies to move planes, people and even mountains... this is the reality of choice — created by a humanity who chose to stay asleep.
Your role now, is to keep calling for LOVE's help to protect and shield the defenceless, particularly the homeless, the vulnerable and the newborns. All need your daily requests to LOVE.
Remember this also, that the homeless, 'zombie, apocalyptic mess' of the souls living rough, running on poison, being devoured internally by their own demons — would not be suffering, had society cared enough to provide the care that these souls need.
They are lost, truly lost, and now, many are missing in San Francisco. Where did they take them?
