We would ask that all of you in the communities who are defending freedom, the safety of its citizens, and defending the rights of all life to be peaceful, happy and at ease with their world and its so called ‘leaders’ — to please give your time today, to listen to this urgent message because it does involve you all. Each and every human who cares about the dark, nefarious plans, the wars, the smoke screens, the lies and deceptions going on right under your noses and in front of humanity’s faces — outright deception — that seems so obvious to many of you, yet, there is a whole swathe of humanity who are completely blinkered, and this group are at risk too.

The risk, however, is: initially, the urgent need for those of you who are doctors and scientists, healers, members of the health services, armed forces, veterans, law abiding police officers, online channel owners, and everyone who has spoken out against the atrocities currently hitting humanity via: an attack on their health, their emotions, their homes, their environment, and their planet’s resources, including the climate and weather wars currently ensuing…if this is something you are concerned about and shouting out about, then you need this information to keep you safe.

Claire has been sharing information about frequencies. About how this attack on humanity from every possible angle, including from space, is all caused by frequencies. It is an energetic attack on your consciousness, and your bodies are actually the last thing to succumb, not the first sign of attack, but the last.

And this leads us onto the issues of the rise in illness, not only caused by poisons; either sprayed, inserted or injected.

It goes far deeper than that. And the research on the true cause of the harms caused by frequencies is limited. It is limited for a reason because while you are all getting distracted by elections, or marches, or the corruption, the true danger is behind you, and we are suggesting that you turn around and away from those who are distracting you with their actions on the ground, and open up to the true dangers.

The possibilities of deflecting this harm and this attack are endless, yet, until you truly look at the direct cause, the root cause of this attack on you all, you will never find solutions, and you will become so completely immersed in their dark world, you will lose all sense of right and wrong, truth and lies…you will lose your very ‘humanity’ — the parts of yourselves that are keeping you alert to the dangers are slowly but surely being stripped away and you have not looked up, or turned around to notice how serious the current situation is now.

The Internet of Bodies is up and running, meaning: the structures are all in place, and those who are harming you the most have already sold out their ‘humanity’, and they are no longer what you could call ‘human’ in any true sense of the word.

By that, we mean that all their life force has been sold, all their humanity and Knowledge has been exchanged for wealth, power, control, and with that exchange — that sell out — comes a human carcass with no soul, no moral compass, no conscience, and no compassion for the harm that is coming.

Illness is on the rise. Many doctors and scientists know why this is, but they are still immersed in looking at the distractions and have not yet turned around to check if they have covered all angles. Have you all discovered the true cause, the root cause, the reason why humanity are being attacked on all levels, from all angles?

The answers are inside you, humanity. The answers cannot be found within a False Light Construct. You are already inside an illusion, a false reality.

You have to get to this stage of questioning to understand why those who are corrupt, those who are harming… why they have done this to you all.

What is driving them? What do they hope to achieve beyond power, wealth, control?

Who or what is their driving force?

Until you dare to look at this, you are still immersing yourself in deception, illusion, false narratives, and you will never resolve this, or perceive the true nature of those who harm, or what is driving them forward in such a destructive manner.

Pity them, for a short while, because their choices will destroy them eventually.

Then, turn your backs on them and turn around, and look at your family of humanity.

Look at the carnage going on in the Middle East, Palestine, Ukraine, and elsewhere around the world.

You really think these wars happened by accident? ‘Unfortunate happenings’, and no one is to blame?

And what about the cloud seeding which is poisoning your air, food, and water? You don’t all see this as connected, yet, but it is.

Many of you do see all the issues, and you have been uncovering more and more deception.

How many rabbit holes do you need to go down before you turn around and start looking inside yourself for answers?

None of you will succeed, unless you get to the stage in your own evolution whereby, you realise that those who hunt, maim, kill, lie, deceive, create destructive poisons, are serving something which they worship and admire.

To say that ‘God’ does not exist is amusing when one considers how many think they are GOD. Which God does not exist?

Lucifer, Satan, Horus, Venus? How many Gods are there and how many exist, but not in this reality?

Be mindful of the words you choose when calling from inside your heart for help, because there are many ‘gods’ and ‘they’ are all deeply distorted frequencies.

Be specific about what type of GOD you want, if you choose to use those ‘descriptors'.

And be careful of drawing a satanic cross across your heart centre, and gut, and mid eye area, because that ‘cross’ does not invite in LOVE. It signals to those dark ‘gods’ that you are calling them in, and in they come.

You become the ‘vessel’ for their arrival on this planet. How many religions draw crosses over themselves? Who taught them to do that?

LOVE certainly didn’t and if those who believe in Jesus, consider this for a moment, why would Jesus ask you to repeatedly draw a picture of the symbol which they murdered him on, over your body each day?

Did he ask you to do this?

Would you draw a gun over your body each day, or a dagger if that was the instrument that killed him?

Who told you, and who told them to do this?

Everything is distorted on this planet. Religion or spirituality is to be respected for its intentions to do good, however, you are all still in an illusion, a False Light Matrix, and the power that sent you in here is not judging you on the mistakes you make here, it is simply asking you to be open to deeper truths, and to respect the fact that the bible was written and translated by a Free Mason for the Kings.

Many will argue the history. How do you know what is true and what is deception? What has been planted in your memory banks, and what has been removed that was fullest truth?

What about timeline switches/ pole shifts?

Timeline switches are a method used by advanced races and servants of Lucifer to divert your soul evolution onto a different track, so that you lose the Knowledge and cannot retrieve it to get to truth.

You have all had your timelines twisted and altered so many times, that most of what you knew to be true has been siphoned off and weaponised against you.

And the rest has become a fuel: from which those who are harming you, from multiple realities and illusions within this False Light Construct, have become powerful and Knowledgeable and know how to manipulate frequencies and your unique energetic codes, so that you have all become weakened, sick, and lost touch with the true reason why you are even experiencing this reality.

Why are you here? Do any of you ever ask this question? Do you not see how relevant this question is?

Because if you have not got to that stage of questioning, you will not resolve this.

All is solvable, but not unless you question more deeply.

It is why Claire has been asked to post this today, and to share iT amongst the groups who may have humans in them who are prepared to try another approach, because the ones you are currently using are very slow, and this needs to be brought to a halt, urgently.

It is also urgent to warn you all that your own safety is at risk, if you ignore the message, and if you do not choose to participate, you will not know how to defend yourself, using your own ‘humanity’, your own gifts, your own frequencies of protection.

You have to go far away from this space to retrieve them, and you need to do this today, if possible, or, as soon as you hear this message.

There is a high risk that many more will start suffering from serious illnesses, such as, Motor Neurone Disease, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis.

Those who are harming with advanced technologies have developed a frequency that disrupts the energetic codes of protection around the heart area. We are talking the ‘spiritual’ heart area, not the physical heart area…we refer to the place where all of humanity need to be focusing, in order to discern what to do in any given moment, how to peacefully resolve the planet’s issues, and how to subjugate the dark’s plans for total domination.

The ‘symptoms' of total domination being near completion are: a sharp rise in Motor Neurone disease.

They are trying to break into the spiritual heart of humanity. The frequency being used is a weaponised form of stolen human heartache and life force codes; reconstituted, if you will, into a highly effective weapon which breaks into the human energy field at very high levels of consciousness, meaning: beyond where humans are endeavouring to reach, and so, the attack on your conscience goes relatively unnoticed …until it reveals its carnage wreaked — evident in the physical — and displaying as Motor Neurone Disease.

The frequency of attack — the weaponised ‘heartache’ and stolen life force codes of Knowledge — are a powerful form of attack and mess with the neurological aspects of the human brain, and physical functions.

You each have the power to stop this attack, to secure the codes that you elected to bring into this reality to protect all life.

You have to stop this, to protect humanity. Ultimately, you are being advised to stop this because the first group who are being currently attacked by this frequency is your very selves.

Claire detected it today, having been inwardly guided to listen to the following recording, and she was shown what was happening in her energy fields. She was shown how easy it is to help self and others by activating the frequencies that she also brought in to help.

This is a collaboration of heart and determined minds to protect and defend humanity, and to weaken the attacks and plans used by the dark groups, and ultimately, to collapse the False Light Construct and help all leave this place; safe in the Knowledge that nothing was lost, and all was found that got lost in this dark place.

If you are religious or have spiritual beliefs, use that Faith as the fuel to help you reach a safe place, beyond illusion, and to ensure you get the help for yourselves, initially, but also, get the help to protect those who gave up vast amounts of their own Knowledge and ability to see the bigger picture, so that you could come in with the ability to go beyond this reality, to go further than beyond, and to get back to 'base camp’ at the Heart of Creation, using the heart energy, Love and the Laws of Creation to keep you safe. They gave up many things because not all could come in with equal abilities. Those who are still immersed in the illusion, the deception, the fake narratives, are the ones who entrusted you to help them, when the time came.

That time is now. Not just for this group immersed in deep slumber, but for yourselves, because your group are at the deepest risk of being dragged into the illusion further.

The ones they are targeting are the ones who could help the most, the ones who see the issues, who know the many layers of problems.

You are at risk of being dragged first, into the Internet Of Bodies by the 6G, 7G frequencies, by Space-X technologies and StarLink, SkyNet, Neuralink technologies, which are already up and running, and moving at warp speed, onwards.

They have very little reason to fear you because, as yet, you have not made any effort which threatens their plans. Right now, you are immersed in the daily dramas online and on the news, and in spite of knowing the threats, they are satisfied that hardly any of you have decided to look at frequencies…their instrument of the war on you.

You haven’t even twigged that this is a War on your Consciousness using Frequencies — in the form of stolen life force codes — weaponised against you.

You haven’t yet worked out that all your efforts online mean nothing to them. It is not a threat to them. It is where they want you to be immersed, and bathing in the frequencies of harm and destruction that are hitting you all day, everyday, from every possible angle.

There is no where to run from this attack, no where to hide.

BUT, the one weapon they fear you discovering, is the KNOWLEDGE that is inside of you, your ‘humanity’ carries information on how to defeat the dark’s game, how to weaken them, debilitate them, end their game for good.

How many good souls have to die of cancer and other mysterious illnesses, because they spoke out and did not have any one to defend them, did not know that they could have lived and survived to see freedom secured for the children?

Do this for them. Take a punt, and try another way forward. This request is being sent to all of you who have lost someone, watched the carnage, the genocide, the flooding, the fires, the trauma and the heartache, and who want to help.

You are all more than capable. You have the Knowledge. What you need to give to this, is time each day — to clear the attack, so that you can retrieve the help.

Clear the attack, raise your consciousness, access your gifts — in that order.

Claire has attempted to share the safest route she knows to get the help. Use your discernment. Only do what feels right, what would ‘best serve all life in optimal ways.’

Focus on wanting to achieve the ‘optimal outcome for all life.’
