We call on our Infinite Selves, and Infinite LOVE and the laws of Creation to surround and protect us, and to shield us from all harm.
We call on the most powerful healing frequencies: HOPE, TRUST, AND FAITH to surround and protect us,

We call on LOVE to shield us with the frequency of COURAGE — to fuel us with bravery and boldness, to have courage to speak our truths at humanity's hour of need.
What information would you like me to share today, to best help all in optimal ways, particularly those who are suffering from chronic illness, chronic pain, serious diagnosis; such as, cancer, and other physical traumas, emotional or mental traumas; such as, deep grief, loss; violent experiences such as, those caused by war and deep shock?
"Claire, we are going to give a suggested routine for those who wish to help themselves, and for those who wish to pass on help to others — through the process of self-help.
This is to help others connect to their deepest aspect of themselves their Infinite Self — this is the part of their consciousness that is untethered by false light. The Infinite Self is connected to fullest Truth and Knowledge at the heart of Creation. It is connected to LOVE. It carries no restrictions to learning, no satanic distortions of Truth. Your Infinite Selves serve LOVE 9and all precious life. Your Infinite Selves respect and follow all the laws of Creation and always consult LOVE to ensure that any decision you make, best serves all precious life in optimal ways.
When humans choose to follow a path that is straight and true, when a human tries their best to help themselves while caring about how their choices and decisions best help all precious life, then, LOVE can come directly to that human and the human soul, and sets to work to repair and heal all the damage caused through emotional, mental and physical trauma or illness, and so forth, and LOVE starts to heal the damage that is created to all levels of your conscious ladder. The ladder of consciousness is the ladder of Knowledge that leads back to the heart of Creation and to wholeness. Your lower ladder of consciousness is presently caught up and ensnared in the 'entanglement' of a false light construct, known to many as, the Matrix.
These lower levels of awareness are so badly damaged in some, that serious illness has occurred and when there is any trauma, such as, emotional trauma or physical trauma — caused by war or violence, then, the ladder of awareness starts to weaken and then, it is very easy for attack to take place by outside forces who need life force to exist.
When vast areas of your consciousness become emptied of Purest Light, also known as LOVE, then, illness sets in and the more that the Purest Light codes are lost, the more possible it is for illness, such as, cancer to step in.
The effects of losing vast amounts of life force at the top levels of conscious awareness that are trapped in the False Light Construct, equate to cancer and other life-threatening illness appearing, as a 'physical symptom'.
By this stage, once the physical body is being affected, it means that the other levels of the human consciousness are badly damaged, and it is a complicated process to repair this, especially if you are new to this concept.
You must not worry. LOVE is here to help you.
LOVE has the Knowledge and the ability to help you on your journey, be it to go peacefully and leave this place with all your codes of Knowledge withdrawn from this dark space, or, to help you regain your health and vitality, and be an active participant in your healing journey.
LOVE guides you not to give up on your true path, because many of you are not meant to be leaving the planet like this — not through terminal illness.
This is not the path for many of you. Your help is needed. Your presence is required here, to help humanity leave this place with their ladder of consciousness withdrawn from this place when the time comes to leave. We are simply saying, to have courage, because for many of you, it is not your time to go. Have Hope, Trust, and Faith that when you have LOVE, you have enough.
LOVE can guide you through the process of healing and repair, and all the guidance must be strictly followed because when LOVE gives you Knowledge, it must be acted upon, otherwise, a huge wastage of energy occurs and often, the reason why humans get cancer in the first place, is because they ignore LOVE's guidance and do not use the Knowledge to best help all precious life in optimal ways.
So, it is also important to understand that you are being asked to use the Knowledge given, by not wasting it, or going against it, or doing your own version of things. This is called ego-led behaviour and ego-led behaviour or thinking can be very damaging to healing.
Perfect healing of the physical body requires a heart-based focus on listening to your own body and your own heart, and allowing yourself to start to become aware of when you are driving yourself too hard, when you are overworking, or overdoing things and when you need to rest.
Rest is a vital part of being alive. All bodies need to rest to allow the body to restore and repair.
This is very true with serious illness, or emotional trauma and deep grief.
You must learn to love yourselves enough and be good to yourselves, and care about your own well being, first and foremost, and from this approach a more truthful, honest person emerges who can have the courage to honour their own feelings, while expressing their wishes in a kindly manner to others, and this approach can help others to understand you better, and help you more precisely with your wishes.
This is particularly important with terminal illness. You must not please others. You must think about your own needs, and be kind and caring about your inner most wishes.
This recording is to help all types of difficulties which may result in all types of outcomes.
Ultimately, the outcome of your journey rests with LOVE, but this does not mean that you give up on the outcome of your destiny, and if life is important, then ask LOVE to help you enjoy your life for as long as that may be, and equally, if you are meant to survive or recover from trauma, then, Trust that LOVE is here and when called upon through your heart centre, LOVE will provide you with everything that you need.
This method of self-help through connection to heart and LOVE is not suitable for work places, or when driving or operating machinery.
It is best used in a quiet room, your bedroom at home is ideal and the first option, but generally, you need a place that is quiet, peaceful and safe to relax in, undisturbed.
Remove as much technology out of the room and remove all symbols, pyramids, stars; anything that emits distorted frequencies.
You live in a reality where all the technology is harming all life, and so, the first rule of thumb is to call on this help each day, first thing in the morning, last thing at night, and midway through the day is best, because LOVE can really set to work to start the process, and when you break this cycle of heart connection, it disrupts the help coming from LOVE and can set things back.
Therefore, the method requires your commitment from day one.
If you cannot commit, it is better not to start.

I say:
I ensure my bedroom is shaded from bright sunlight.
I place a glass of water nearby and set an alarm clock, in case I fall asleep.
I lie down on the bed that I sleep in at night at home, flat on my back, legs straight — never crossed.
I place my hands — which are never crossed — palms flat, facing down on the tops of my thighs.
I ensure I am warm and comfortable, and if it is safe to do so, I close my eyes.
I take my closed eyes and look gently down, in the direction of my chest area.
I keep my closed eyes softly gazing towards my chest, and I feel the rise and fall of my chest as the air goes in and out of my lungs.
I imagine that deep inside my chest is an imaginary switch deep inside my heart, that connects me to my Infinite Self and LOVE at the heart of Creation and infinitely beyond.
I imagine I press this switch and it is 'ON'.
I say this to my Infinite Self:
"Please can you help me? I wish to grow in LOVE, and I wish to help myself heal from all the damage that my ladder of consciousness has endured."
I talk about the things I need help with and I ask my Infinite Self to call on LOVE and the laws of Creation from the heart of Creation and infinitely beyond to surround and protect me, and to shield me from all harm.
This is the 'set-up routine', and once the switch is 'ON', and once we have made this request, we only have to remember to gaze down towards our heart, keeping our focus there, and pressing an imaginary switch in the centre of our chest to activate assistance.
You can use the heart call prayer at the top of this transcript or use your own words.
When using heart connection, the important thing is to focus on your heart, by gazing down towards your chest and keeping your focus softly looking downwards — to keep your attention on your heart centre, not your mind.
Move your focus back down towards your chest and practice this, going forward, because you cannot hear your heart if you are still in your 'mind' space, and looking downwards helps you to maintain heart connection.
So, now, you are connected to your Infinite Self and LOVE, and the laws of Creation at the heart of Creation and infinitely beyond.
Your heart is now going to show you a small classroom model of yourself, and show you where the harm is happening on your conscious ladder of awareness.
LOVE is going to address this gradually. It is a 'process' that needs your commitment each day.
Each day, you will be able to see, or sense, or imagine the progress you are making.
You may think you are not going to be able to perceive anything.
Let LOVE remind you: You are a Purest Light Being — descended into this reality — to help humanity and all precious life. Of course you are capable of perceiving things. You may see this, or you may sense it, or you may hear verbal instructions but, you are capable.
If you cannot perceive things, do not worry. Just receive the help that you need for this moment.
Things will become clearer the more you connect to your Infinite Self, who loves you deeply and is here to help you.
You must ask for help. Under the laws of Creation, your Infinite Self is not permitted, to interfere with your free will choices, nor is LOVE, and so, it is very important that if you ever need help, you must ask your Infinite Self and LOVE for help.
Perhaps, the classroom model of yourself is more evident as we progress, and while you gently look, with closed eyes, softly down towards your heart centre?
Pretend that your heart area is like a movie screen and all the images happen down in your heart area.
Can you perceive yourself in the classroom model? Pretend that you can, even if you cannot.
Imagine that you can perceive LOVE coming through all the layers of darkness in this reality and shining LOVE's powerful light on your ladder of consciousness.
Where is LOVE concentrating the healing and repair?
Can you perceive the area? Can you feel LOVE's embrace around you and shielding you from all harm?
Breathe, relax, focus your eyes on your heart centre and the classroom model.
Receive help, receive LOVE, receive repair and supportive frequencies.

"Claire, we guide you that at this stage, the best way that these souls can help themselves is to start by asking their Infinite Self and LOVE to work with the laws of Creation and to gather up all malicious, magnified harm and all intentional harm that is affecting their own well being and harming all precious life.
Next, to ask their Infinite Self, LOVE and the laws of Creation to find all that they have lost, and return it to wholeness — to be purified —and returned to them as Purest Light codes that can never be corrupted or infiltrated by any person, place, or thing, including destroyer forces."
LOVE and the laws of Creation will deal with this on their behalf.
It is an essential part of their healing journey and it also best serves all precious life in optimal ways because, by asking for themselves, all life benefits from the help and all that has been lost to many can be found and restored to them.
When others ask for these things, many vulnerable souls who may lack the courage to ask for help are assisted. When you call for help, LOVE comes for all those who may have no voice or be too damaged to know that they can ask for help.
When you become a voice for yourself, you become a voice for all those lost souls, and the many who are suffering.
Have Hope,Trust, and Faith that you being here matters and your life is precious.

This must not be rushed. You must always ensure you are looking softly down and you can press your chest gently — to help you imagine that the switch is 'ON' and to help keep your concentration on your heart.
Receive help for at least one minute, or more.
The more time you give yourself, the more help you receive. [But you must use the 'long version' when you wake up in the morning — just the routine].
Ask your heart how long you need for each session, and be prepared that information can change so, nothing is ever fixed in stone.
Try this for a period of three weeks, and see how you progress.

Gratitude and thanks is a cycle of giving and receiving that produces many fruits.

Even in a False Light Construct, all assistance is available, and NOW is the time for you all to receive healing and repair because, very soon, your ladder of consciousness will need to be withdrawn from this place as you start the journey home for your next cycle of learning and evolution.
