What Foundation Stone Did You Bring?
WHAT FOUNDATION STONE DID YOU BRING TO HIGHER LEARNING?
GOOD MORNING EVERYONE,
I hope this podcast finds you all well and thriving, and I truly mean thriving, as we are all starting to benefit from the fruits of our labour, and the birthing pains are subsiding as the help from the heart of Creation comes flooding in to those with hearts that listen and are making that call for help, each and every day now.
I do have information to share. I am told there is a lot to unpack and download.
Here goes:
“Claire you need to get the group of individuals who are all helping as sovereign beings to understand that the worst thing they can do at present is form groups.
It simply will not work in this environment which is unstable and unreliable.
We guide you all, to steadfastly work within the parameters of sovereign beings, using their heart centre - their Infinite Self - as their sole resource and ‘go to’ teacher.
Your hearts have all the answers and must be utilised fully now, and if you are seeking teachings or have questions, whatever those questions may be, for example, about feelings of strong emotions, extreme fatigue, sense of anxiety, forgetfulness, or, more complex teachings, for example, the energy felt powerful but has wained, why? The energy feels less powerful on my own, why? They can all be answered and addressed from within.
We promise you that every change that you notice that you subconsciously question requires inner exploration.
Claire grew in knowledge through self enquiry between her heart centre and LOVE at the heart of Creation.
The same knowledge and understanding is available to all of you and simply requires a measure of your time and energy to get you through the doorways of the Cosmic Libraries of Knowledge and Wisdom.
We say, LOVE is inviting you in. Any willing soul who has been motivated by the inner heart assistance is encouraged to continue to work diligently with this vital piece of technology, your heart, your Infinite Self. There is nothing and no one who can guide you better. Your Infinite Self knows you in your entirety. It works with LOVE’s plan and is bound by the conditions of the Laws of Creation/the Cosmic Laws to help you as much as you help yourself.
Some of you are being targeted more profoundly and personally than the bulk of humanity.
This energy from your heart will feel very powerful at first. It is because your sincere requests for help, and your effort to ask for help on a daily basis: AM, PM, and midway through your day is providing your Infinite Self the opportunity to work with LOVE’s plan; to help surround and protect you; to get your boundaries strong, and when we think about your boundaries, we will consider your ‘castle and moat’ as the metaphor, to simplify the many complex manoeuvres which your Infinite Self is overseeing.
There is no thing outside of your ‘castle and moat’ that has the authority to help you or to interfere with your soul evolution.
Do you see, that to look outside of yourself wastes so much time and energy?
And to form groups at this stage is most unwise.
Not enough are working in a responsible manner with their ‘castle and moat’. Many are not even connected at this late stage.
The codes were given by LOVE’s plan to those who are calling for help and these codes are helping you all to connect very deeply to your heart’s inner sanctum, where truth is found.
Many are mistaken in other groups, that they are hearing truth, yet they fail to understand that as soon as they use an outside force, such as a healing system, or they let in dark energy from social media platforms, because they are not protecting their castle and moat sufficiently well enough to prevent attack.
The dark technologies of mind control programs and ego programs are set up to prevent a human moving forward on their journey of growth, and we say, that it is sheer folly at this time to be using any other method except asking through heart as your gatekeeper to ensure you safely connect and accurately connect to LOVE/God at the heart of Creation.
There are many routes to the inner sanctum of the heart centre and to LOVE/GOD.
This means that you all have choices on how you travel to that destination.
However, whatever choice that is, you must ensure that it is robust enough and accurate enough, that you never miss the target.
When you ask your guardian - your teacher - A.K.A., your Infinite Self to help you, you no longer have to worry about how, what, when, or where, etc., in the sense that your Infinite Self is completely capable of overseeing your safety, and because you are calling on your Infinite Self and LOVE at the heart of Creation, together with the Laws of Creation, you have tripled your safety by using clear, concise instructions, and these are directions; codes that work to unlock the doors that lead out of the matrix and to safety.
Why do you think the attack is so heavy when you forget to use the routine?
This is a huge threat to the dark. Claire has already been advised that it has ruffled their feathers because many more are using these directions to safety.
You must check everything through your heart, though, and you must be fully confident with this process because these are your decisions and your choices.
Everything has to come from within you.
It is beautiful, isn’t it, when the help comes in after an age in the wilderness? The sense of relief and freedom, the lightening of spirit, the faith that grows and the gratitude of feeling LOVE’s embrace…?
Such a long time in the making. So much heartache, as many of you have suffered considerably.
And yet, you have bravely kept going against all odds.
That is why LOVE sent you because LOVE knew you had it in you to last the distance.
And the race is nearly at its final conclusion.
Who will win, you might be wondering?
There are no winners in this race. The race to the finish is primarily about you and your soul evolution, and where you finish in this race is solely down to how much effort you put into growing your light quotient, forgiving yourself of all errors, and sending back all the harmful attack that has hit your energy body and has magnified itself, causing you untold harm and suffering, and it has deterred you from growing your light.
Sending back all this harm returns the errors to those responsible for their own learning, and may be able to help them have a change of heart before it is too late.
For some, it is already too late. Some have already ended their evolution for eternity. They are now lost in the black hole of eternal suffering and ‘harvesting’. There will be no respite. They have entered the gates of hell, and it is too late for those who would not stop harming.
You have also been requesting for all that has been lost to be found and restored to you as purest light codes.
These three steps will be bearing fruits for many, if not already, and we do wish to offer some crucial advice for you all who are at this stage.
The energy that has been ‘deposited’ in the podcasts are codes of Knowledge and Remembrance. Listening to the podcasts and utilising the information has been bringing dividends to those who have regularly listened and worked with their heart’s guidance.
Because a group of individuals are joining in with LOVE’s assistance also, the energy will feel powerful, but these are carefully measured codes of assistance and they have a time limit.
Once the codes have been absorbed or used up, there may be a sense of ‘loss of power’ and the inner heart work may feel less powerful; you may notice the dark attack; or perceive the frequencies of the planet are ‘low’, and this often leads individuals to think that the help from heart and LOVE has stopped working.
Be aware of this, when this happens. If something changes, you must go in and ask your Infinite Self for guidance.
Very often, what has happened is the energy measure given to you has been fully absorbed, so to speak, and you need to ask for an ‘energy upgrade’, or you may need to activate gifts that you brought in.
When energetic changes occur, or, if things happen that cause you to be concerned or question, try not to worry, you will never lose your connection as long as you stay connecting: AM, PM and midway through your day.
However, this is not a time to rest on one’s laurels. This is a time to be diligently and silently working with your Infinite Self, LOVE’s plan and the Laws of Creation to secure your future and ensure you are doing your level best each day to restore all that was lost.
The help comes in equal measure to your efforts. If you are working, this can be problematic. We suggest you find at least one time in your day where you can lie quietly and receive deeper teachings. It does not have to take long. It simply requires you to be focusing on your inner heart area, and not in mind, where the programs kick in and send you on a detour.
It is why your eyes need to be looking down when closed, to keep your attention on your chest area, and heart area.

What other information is there to share today? I ask.
“Claire, there is coming a time when gateways to new realities will close for good. You need to advise the group that these new realities are the ones they have been creating through their imagination.
We advise you all today, to draw a picture on a piece of paper, draw the world you truly dream of. What does it look like, who is there, who do you share this reality with?
Draw a peaceful place, where unity thrives and where all are free.
Draw awakened souls who look happy and free.
Think of what you wish, for the world’s children.
There is nothing in this space that harms.
Draw only good things. Draw your dreams, your hopes, and pencil-in sentences that mirror your drawing.
Put the drawing somewhere prominent, your bathroom mirror where you brush your teeth, or your fridge; anywhere, where you will see it throughout your day, to remind you of your ability to imagine, to dream, and to recreate.
A rare window of opportunity has opened, thanks to a very special soul who has jumped on board with helping through their heart centre, and through their deep ability to love and to want to help, through their enthusiastic desire to do the right thing, they have activated their gifts and these gifts are rather miraculous.
Many of you have suffered untold hardship and heartache, and yet, your love for humanity and all precious life has not wavered.
You all have gifts and codes that are miraculous, and we repeat, that are MIRACULOUS.
Claire mentioned the dear soul who thought so little of themselves, and yet, had carried the codes of the Cosmic Laws that grounded them into this reality.
Without their help, you would not be benefiting from many things. These codes of the Cosmic Laws were critical to humanity leaving the matrix.
And here we are again, to be the bearers of the good news: That more miraculous codes have been activated, and now, you can anchor these dreams fully into this place, and this does not mean they will stay here, rather, that in order to get out of this space you needed to physically start the process off at the lowest point of your descent, and it had to be the foundation stone laid before you could all fully create your liberation from this place, in powerful ways.
Is it any wonder you have all been so suppressed?
Another beautiful soul has given you all, this foundation stone on which to build your new reality.
The other soul built the foundation stone on which the Laws of Creation could fully start operating in this space so that those who harm received back their own errors, which had been deflected by the dark ones and used to imprison you.
They have lost this game, and you must focus now on drawing, dreaming, creating your new, beautiful, peaceful reality.
What foundation stone did you bring to help humanity?
You are all carrying miracles, and if you ask, you will be shown how you can help to further advance the soul evolution of all those who wish to exit the matrix.
Claire, we need this posting, as soon as you are able.”
I say, “May I ask, you mentioned in past teachings that we need to be silent with our work, in order to protect the help coming in. Is it still the case, that you are advising individuals to work diligently and silently? I have had a few enquiries and I am unsure how to proceed with helping individuals, without seeming aloof, or unconcerned about their progress. Do you have any advice for us?”
“Claire, you are better to post publicly and leave the personal contact to a minimum, because the more you get involved outside of these parameters, the more you expose yourself and those who need the protection. The work can be shared and the help given, however, we guide all of you: To remain working silently and diligently is the biggest threat to the dark. They cannot get through with any technology when you keep up your inner work practises. Try to keep comments short and sweet, and keep using heart connection to seek answers within, not without.”
Q. How can I best support vulnerable souls who are just waking up?
“Claire, we guide you, as we have often guided you in the past, this work has to go ‘broad-spectrum’ now - to reach as many souls as possible. Others can best help by getting strong themselves, by getting used to the rise and fall of the power of the ‘measures of energy’, and get used to asking lots of questions inside their heart centre. Their Infinite Self is their sole teacher. Nothing outside of self must be used at this stage.
You are here to guide and support through your messages, and we guide you to encourage all those who are partaking in their heart connection, to maintain that connection by regular questioning. It keeps the doorways open to the libraries of knowledge and wisdom. No one can take you there, only yourself. We say again. The answers are all inside of you. That is all, Claire.”
I would like to thank each and every one of you all, for all you are doing to help yourselves, and each one of you is helping everyone else who is participating, to get the foundation stones laid to higher learning which is quite literally building a ladder out of this reality.
This is the true meaning of ‘group work’.
In my experience, when I worked with others in the physical, things always went wrong. Things got sabotaged. It has been a continual cycle of sabotage. And so, my inner wisdom advises that we are already working as a team at higher levels of awareness.
This is where the true meeting of hearts and divine minds occurs.
I have witnessed controlled ops destroying groups throughout my work, and more recently, I have benefited from the wisdom and experience of others who have also had their hard work sabotaged. Groups simply do not work in the current environment.
Staying sovereign; being an individual, while at the same time working with unseen individuals who also share the same goal offers many benefits.
The most important thing to me is protecting LOVE’s plan and ensuring we secure our dream reality.
Thank you to the soul, who by miraculous circumstances, has gifted us all with a way to finally exit the matrix.
What an incredible gift.
It must not be squandered by us all. This gift must be appreciated and valued in every sense of the word, because this soul suffered to bring this in, not just in this life time, but every lifetime.
I am deeply grateful, and I know, everyone who understands what tremendous courage and determination it has taken to bring this in, will be deeply moved by the hardships and trials this soul has endured during their arduous sojourns during their fall into this place.
This is what you are all capable of.
It is indeed a freeing frequency, liberating and magnificent!
