Thought Transference
Here is the information I received from my True Light Essence during meditation, regarding Thought Transference, that is, a Mind Control Program:
"It's an ELF Wave."
I am not scientific ... can you explain in simple detail, what do ELF Waves do to harm a human, and how is this linked to Thought Transference?
"Claire, both are intertwined. Thought Transference is ELF Wave energy.
Thought Transference is a Mind Control Program.
Thought Transference disrupts and distorts the sympathetic regions of the biosphere within the Human Energy Fields."
This is way over my head. Please can you simplify further?
"Claire, put simply, these ELF Waves disrupt vital codes within the Energy Fields.
Electromagnetic Light emissions are Spiral Energy.
They break the circuit, to create the wave: the Circle Energy becomes the Snake Energy."
How does this harm us, then?
Melchizedek and The Cosmic Council of Twelve from The Heart of Creation join my True Light Essence for the remaining questions:
"Circle Energy provides humans with a feeling of 'Wholeness': a reminder of one's Divinity.
This Circle Energy is distorted by The Dark, to create the wave: the Snake Energy.
Snake Energy and Spiral Energy are one and the same, presented in differing formats.
They are both equally damaging and harmful to humanity.
The Snake Energy; in this case, ELF Waves, work to harness Light from the Human Energy Field.
The Spiral and the Snake Energy are one and the same, but they change their shape, because they can't access Pure Source Light without a willing victim.
Millennia ago, humanity volunteered to drop in density so that they could be lowered onto the decks of the 'Sinking Ship' that was sited in 'Freedom From Fear'.
They had to give some of their Divine Power away so as to not topple the False Light constructs of the Separation Universe.
This wasn't a 'chance event'.
This was a planned fall into the densities of time and space."
So, are you saying: Wholeness; alignment to Truth, Love, Peace, Knowledge, and Wisdom; our Divinity; and so forth, is Circle Energy, and this is what is being disrupted by ELF Waves, and this is what is causing suffering on our planet, and throughout the Separation Universe?
"It is precisely what we are saying."
How do we repair this damage?
"The False Light factions have been very clever — fragmenting Circle Energy — for millennia. They have used a myriad of ways, and created layers and layers of damage to Circle Energy.
It would take lifetimes, and lifetimes, to repair your Circle Energy.
There is not sufficient time left on Planet Earth to achieve this alone."
I understand this. I also believe the guidance: that only Prime Creator can help us achieve this. It seems to me, that ELF Waves are successfully holding humanity in a place of ignorance about the need of the hour to call on Prime Creator for assistance. How long has humanity got: to wake up and clear our karmic cycles, recall soul fragments and repair the damage caused to us, as well as heal the damage we, ourselves, have caused?
"Claire, they really haven't got long."
Can you be more specific?
"Give or take a few years, approximately ten Earth years."
Gosh. Not long then.
Is it true that the waves emitted from mobile phones are hazardous, but not in the same way as other ELF Waves?
"Mobile phone waves carry Light energy that has been distorted."
Do you mean deliberately distorted, and if so, by whom?
"Claire, mobile phones are running on a bandwidth that is unsafe for humans."
What is this bandwidth, and how is it harmful?
"Have you heard of Omega waves?"
No.
"Not many people have. The mobile phone companies are using these bandwidths for a specific purpose: they have an agenda."
What is their agenda?
"This bandwidth is used by the ETs to monitor humanity. It's advanced technology."
Are you saying that the phone companies know this?
"Claire, this is fullest Truth: at the highest levels within these companies, they are fully aware of the ET involvement."
Why would they do this?
"Money, and power."
How does this bandwidth serve the agenda of those in the phone companies, and the ETs' agenda?
"Governments around the world, at the highest levels, are in direct contact and negotiation with ETs.
They bargain and trade with them for advanced technologies."
So, what does this bandwidth do to harm us?
"The ETs need Light to survive. They need to syphon off Light from humans in a way that keeps humans in ignorance.
The bandwidth attacks the energetic field of the human, in such a way that a vortex is created for Light to be syphoned off, in such a way that it remains undetected by a sleeping humanity.
This bandwidth creates addictive behaviours that encourage repeated, regular use of the phone.
It 'chops up' Circle Energy around the brain, and this disrupts the Personality Self from spending any significant time, tuning into the inner voice of Truth and Wisdom.
The inner voice of Truth and Wisdom emits Circle Energy. This energy is like a string of bubbles, that are constantly being burst by the Omega bandwidth."
I am contemplating these Truths, which I am sure many will dismiss as, 'conspiracy theory'. Is there anything you could say to those who are deeply cynical about this guidance?
"These facts are easily discoverable. Even from a scientific or medical perspective, they can easily be proved."
I keep thinking about Snake Energy and symbols. For example, the coat of arms symbol, with the lion and the unicorn on either side of the shield, with the crown on top: it is a very dark symbol, and emits a destructive energy. If people opened their eyes, they would begin to notice that this symbol is everywhere.
Does this symbol emit ELF Waves?
"Yes, it does. It also emits other wavebands: this is how The Dark operate.
A lot of wavebands that are termed, 'low frequency' do exactly what they say on the tin: they lower humanity's frequency. Low frequency wavebands ensure humanity remain unconnected to the higher frequencies of Love, Peace, Compassion, Acceptance, and so forth."
In technical terms, what is termed a 'higher frequency'?
"Claire, radio waves, for example, are hertz waves, mega hertz waves, and so forth. Hertz waves work to ensure that humans remain connected to lower density vibrations in the Third Dimension."
Are you saying, there are bandwidths that are better for us, that we don't know about, because radio waves hold us in a space of ignorant bliss?
"Precisely that."
So, what is your guidance?
"To stay connected to Circle Energy you need Prime Creator to help you. It is not something that you can do on your own. It is why we are guiding your readers to follow the guidance in the books to the letter, if they wish to connect to Truth.
As soon as you change a word, a phrase, from the original purest guidance, you break the Circle Energy, and it changes into an ELF Wave.
The ELF Wave energy connects you to the False Light construct."
How do we protect ourselves from these ELF Waves? We are surrounded by low frequency waves.
"The Separation Universe is folding in on itself.
The Twelfth Dimension is no longer a safe place to hang around.
The collapse of the Eleventh Dimension is imminent.
It would be prudent to commence the reconnection process back to Wholeness, through repair of the Circle Energy."
What is a 'vicious circle'?
"It is Circle Energy that has been attacked by The Dark: the cycle of learning is perpetually disrupted, so that learning cannot be completed."
At the beginning of the book, there was a channelling about Jesus of Nazareth and the Libraries of Alexandria. How is this linked to ELF Waves?
"Claire, Jesus of Nazareth's soul purpose was to teach us about Circle Energy.
The desire for Truth creates that energy, which in turn, strengthens the energy around you, so that Truth can be heard through the higher heart, where Love resides.
It is a perpetual cycle of effort, that generates the repair of your Circle Energy."
What is the significance of the Snake Energy: of the serpent with its tail in its mouth; forming a circle? Does it represent Pure Source Light Energy?
"Claire, this is 'mimicking' energy: the Snake/Serpent, masked as Circle Energy. That particular symbol represents the 'Vicious Circle'.
It has attacked the Circle Energy, and cunningly distorted it to make itself look harmless.
Look around you, particularly at Earth symbols: you will see the Snake, weaving its way around pillars; swords; legs; lions; unicorns, etc.
It does not represent Pure Source Light Energy from The Heart of Creation."

In what way is it harmful to our health?
"Claire, it is highly toxic to the human systems."
From the higher perspective, what is your guidance?
"It contains arsenic."
Where?
"In the filters, and also, in the manufacturing process of tobacco."
Is arsenic in all tobacco products?
"This is true."
From the higher perspective, how does arsenic impact on the human?
"It is also placed in your drinking water."
By whom, and why?
"Because, along with fluoride, it suppresses the ability to connect to the heart centre."
Who is responsible for allowing this to happen?
"At the highest levels, it is the government, and those in 'the know', who manufacture the products that the water companies put into the water."
How can this be happening without people knowing? How can we possibly verify this information?
"Claire, if you look on the internet, you will find this information easily."
What can we do to protect ourselves? We all need water to drink. Is bottled water better?
"No, it is not better. It is equally toxic to the human body and Energy Systems, and therefore, the Spirit.
Your government has made this decision on your behalf.
Arsenic is the major cause of cancer in human society."
Why isn't this being highlighted publicly? Surely the research companies are testing water for this substance? Surely they know arsenic is causing cancer?
"Not entirely. Most of this is covert. But, we are asking those in this industry, to start questioning their procedures."
What guidance do you have for humanity? How do we protect our health and Energy Systems?
"Claire, there is more to this story."
What do you mean?
"Cloud seeding is happening across the planet. It is used to create a change in weather patterns."
What has this got to do with our health, our Energy Systems, and arsenic?
"Claire, arsenic is contained within the chemical composition of the products used to create climatic change."
Who is responsible for allowing this?
"Anyone who takes part in cloud seeding. By the very nature of participating in this process, a human is contributing towards causing cancer in all on the planet."
Does cloud seeding cause cancer because arsenic and other chemicals are in our atmosphere, or water, or both of these things?
"Your whole environment is being poisoned."
How can we possibly prevent this?
"Those responsible would have to wish to change course, in terms of wishing to prevent, not cause, suffering.
Humanity, as a group, does not question enough: they do not question other's motives.
Most humans blindly allow others to make decisions on their behalf.
There is a tendency to believe that governments, military, and private enterprise have their best interests at heart.
This is simply not the case.
The governments, military, and individuals who head private enterprise, are all in the game of power, control, greed, and avarice.
Look around you.
Start opening your eyes, and see the harm that is in front of your face.
We wish humanity to start awakening to these deeper Truths."
This could be seen as inflammatory/fear making.
"The Ascension process of humanity is under way.
The Cause and Effect must be understood, if humanity wish to repair any karma that they may be a party to.
Ascension is all about repairing damage done, when a soul moves out of alignment with Love.
If you don't understand where the karma is being created, how do you know what to focus on, in terms of repairing?
Also, Ascension is about forgiveness of self and others.
But, blindly watching others cause harm, without attempting to protect others, by highlighting the problem, creates even greater karma."
I thought that interfering with other's free will choices creates karmic cycles?
"Claire, that is true, however, we are not asking others to interfere with the free will choices of others.
We are asking those reading this, (who came in with the Divine purpose to protect a sleeping humanity), to awaken those who are sleeping, by highlighting the causes of their suffering.
To sit idly by, and do nothing, is not in alignment with the Cosmic Laws and Divine Will."
In my book, 'Freedom From Fear', you talked about the 'Fall From Grace': how those climbing up the Cosmic Ladder, tried to prevent the Fallen Factions from doing more harm.
How can we remain in alignment with Cosmic Laws and Divine Will, whilst at the same time awakening others to deeper Truths, without interfering with free will, so as to avoid karma?
"Claire, we are asking those who came in to protect their family of humanity, to continually check within their heart centre, and to ask how they can best serve The Whole, in alignment with Divine Will and Cosmic Law.
The energies are trying to disconnect you from Mother Earth and your Higher Self aspects. No matter how far up the ladder you climb, the Fallen Factions will try and block your connections.
Therefore, you will have to be very determined to keep your connections clear, and you need to learn when you have become disconnected, because The Dark are stealthily trying to side-blind you.
A desire to be of service to The Whole, in alignment with Cosmic Law and Divine Will, coupled with your determination, is the way forward.
Forgiveness and Compassion are required.
Your steely will, however, is the driving force.
It is time to batten down the hatches, quite literally, and set to work."

Final Farewell
“Claire, needless to say, there is a lot of evidence to validate anyone’s concern about the poison shots and the motives of those who introduced the idea into humanity’s subconscious mind.
This is to be your last post for several reasons:
Firstly, you need time to attend to your own needs and nurturing as the planetary shifts, once again, cause a convergence of the waves of GOOD versus EVIL/ DARK versus LIGHT.
How will it end?
Claire, try to focus deep inside your heart and ask for intervention from Infinite LOVE and the Laws of Creation to bind you to TRUTH, LOVE, UNITY. Ask for all errors to be forgiven and forgotten for all of LOVE”S children who are seeking PEACE and FREEDOM from the darkness that binds you all to this space-time, in continuum.
It doesn’t have to be scary or frightening anymore.
You have all tried to help. Your work has come to an end.
Rest in PEACE, all who dared to stand their ground, to defy the darkness.
Be at PEACE and be in JOY once more.
